Two weeks ago on a Friday afternoon, our hot water tank decided to let go just before we went away for the weekend. My husband had already left on the trip, and I had a flooded laundry, furnace and storage area to contend with, as well as no hot water. To this day, our current furnace maintenance company, who we contacted twice to see about replacing our hot water tank, has not even returned our phone calls.
